Pay-per-lead cold outbound, run personally for up to ten B2B companies a year. We'll be cheaper than every other acquisition channel you have, or we won't take you on.

II.

Hi, I'm Josh.

I run a leadership development company called 10X Managers. A few years ago I got fed up paying outbound agencies to under-deliver, so I sat down and built our own system from scratch. It became the primary channel that scaled 10X Managers from zero to over £1 million a year in revenue, and now consistently delivers 60+ qualified leads a month.

ReachOS is that system, that I personally run for ten other companies at a time to deliver them similar results. No agency, no SDRs, no outsourcing. Just me, doing the work I actually love: designing offers, building lists, writing copy, iterating until campaigns land. Ten clients is the most I can do well alongside 10X Managers, so ten is where it stops.

Here's what I actually believe about cold email. There's a whole industry of email bros selling courses, communities, and infrastructure, every one of them teaching the system that worked six months ago. The spam filter algorithms move faster than the courses do, so by the time something gets taught, everyone's already doing it, which is exactly why it stops working. That's why I'd never try to sell ReachOS as a method. It's a craft I run quietly, and it works because I keep it that way. Two things actually move the needle: deliverability (much harder than most admit) and the offer (I've tested more iterations than I'd like to admit, and the patterns are real if you know where to look).

If you'd like to be one of my ten clients, apply below. If we're a fit, I'll invite you to a consultation call. If we agree on terms, I get to work, and the next time you hear from me, I'll be handing you a real lead. No faff, no hassle.

How it works.

From application to a warm lead landing in your inbox. You're only involved in step one and the final handoff.

  1. 01

    Consultation call.

We identify your offer, your target market, and agree, in writing, on what a qualified lead looks like for your business and what a fair per-lead price is.

  2. 02

    Infrastructure build.

We build the data list for your campaigns, set up the email sending infrastructure, purchase and warm up the sending domains, and stand up the platforms behind the scenes. None of this lands on your plate.

  3. 03

    Lead magnets, tools, scorecards.

We build the assets that pull buyers toward your offer: lead magnets, interactive tools, scorecards, whatever fits your market. Designed and copywritten end-to-end.

  4. 04

    Campaigns + nurture.

We send the campaigns, handle replies, qualify interest, and nurture warm responses into real intent. We iterate continuously based on what the market tells us.

  5. 05

    Warm leads, handed over.

When someone qualified wants to talk to you, we pass them to you or your sales team to close. That's the only point you hear from us, and the only point you pay.

IV.

How fast.

~30

days to your first lead

Most agencies will spend weeks in consultation, then weeks warming infrastructure, then more weeks ramping campaigns. You're typically three monthly retainers in before they've sent a single email on your behalf.

We don't work that way. ReachOS is built to deploy fast. Most clients see their first qualified lead inside the first thirty days of signing. From day one we're building, sending, and iterating, not negotiating scope documents.

And if we miss it, you still pay nothing. Per-lead, remember.

V.

This is for you if…

  • You sell B2B and your total addressable market is 10,000+ contacts (or you don't know your TAM yet, and we'll figure it out together).
  • You can comfortably handle more than ten sales conversations a month.
  • You know roughly what a new customer is worth to you, or you're willing to figure it out on the call.
  • You're happy to let us run the system end-to-end and trust the work.

…and not for you if.

  • You sell B2C, or your TAM is under 10,000.
  • You can't take on more than ten leads a month without it breaking your operation.
  • You want weekly reports, status meetings, or to approve every email before it goes out.
  • You want a dashboard. There isn't one. You'll hear from us when we have a lead for you, and that's the whole relationship.
VI.

What “a lead” means.

A lead is someone in your target market who has explicitly indicated they want more information about your offer: a real buyer, not a tire-kicker.

The exact definition is decided per client on the consultation call, because what counts as “qualified” for a $500k enterprise deal is different from what counts for a $5k SaaS subscription. We define it together, in writing, before any work begins. No disputes later.

VII.

What you pay.

  • Setup fees.
  • Monthly retainers.
  • Minimum contracts.
  • Consultation fees.

Just a per-lead price we agree on together. You pay when leads land. Nothing before, nothing else, nothing in between. If no leads are delivered, no cost is incurred.

VIII.

How we price.

We price each engagement dynamically, together with you.

On the consultation call we work through your unit economics (deal size, close rate, customer value) alongside our expectation of how the campaign will perform in your market. From that we set a per-lead price that sits meaningfully below your current best acquisition channel.

If we don't believe we can beat your current channel, we won't take you on. That's the test. We'd rather walk than make a promise we can't keep.

IX.

Why only ten clients.

Because I'm one person, and I want to stay that way.

I built ReachOS alongside 10X Managers because I love the craft of outbound: the offer design, the list work, the copy, the iteration. The moment I hire a team, the quality of work goes down and I stop enjoying it. So I won't.

Ten clients is the most I can take on and still do the work to the standard I want. When the seats are full, applications go on hold until one opens up.
